Three rules

Every project is a business AI solution. No side projects, no unrelated startups, no general coursework.

You are admitted because of what you have already built in AI, shown through your resume and past solutions.

After 12 weeks, only residents who contributed to the 60-solution target are extended.

A place to live, a place to work, and a room full of people doing the same.

A place to stay for the length of your residency.

A shared workspace for the whole cohort, next to where you live.

Conferences and community events are part of the residency, at no extra charge.

We read your past work and your plan for the 12 weeks.

Shortlisted applicants are interviewed by the AIHouze team.

Admitted applicants receive the residency terms and the fee schedule.

Twelve weeks, sixty solutions. The manifest is reviewed every week.
