The program
Twelve weeks. Sixty solutions.
One cohort, one target. Residents build business AI solutions every week, and the manifest shows where the cohort stands.
What counts as a solution
It is a business AI solution
It solves a defined problem for a defined business user, and AI is the core of how it works.
It works end to end
It runs and can be demonstrated. A plan, a slide or a half-built prototype does not go on the manifest.
Someone else can use it
It is documented well enough that another team could adopt it.
The 12-week plan
Sixty solutions across twelve weeks is five a week for the cohort. This is the cumulative target at each week, with the review weeks highlighted.

Where solutions come from
Examples of business areas. Residents choose where their experience is strongest.
Staying beyond 12 weeks
Extension is earned
Only residents who contributed to the 60-solution target during the 12 weeks are extended. Contribution is measured against the manifest, reviewed every week and decided at the final demo in week 12.
Extension terms are shared with eligible residents at the week 12 review.
Ready to build with people who ship?
Applications are reviewed on your resume, the AI solutions you have built, and what you plan to build. Shortlisted applicants are interviewed.
